Third-party administrator service helps clients manage & resolve insurance and benefits claims.
With our third-party administrator service, we can assist insurance companies and corporate human resource departments in bridging their policyholders’ or employees’ health needs with our nationwide and regional medical care providers. As such, we cooperate with more than 450 healthcare providers in Vietnam alone. This service includes authorization management, case management, claim management, utilization review management, and membership data management.
Our backend system is supported by a 24/7 call center to support your cashless journey at healthcare facilities in our network, and reimbursement claims process. Data analytics also allow us to present 20 utilization reports for insurers, brokers & HR professionals. In addition, Fullerton Health Concierge mobile apps helps policyholders to check benefits, find health facilities, submit claims & receive results, manage personal health record, and access telemedicine.
On a macro level, we analyze utilization of medical benefits and health trends and can advise insurers on developing new products & benefits. We also use our TPA experience to enable other wellbeing services such as corporate health check-up advisory & administration.
