The written judgement by PDPC released on 22 June 2023 is in regard to the data breach incident that occurred in October 2021. PDPC’s judgment notes Fullerton Health’s prompt remedial actions as part of their findings. Fullerton Health has since complied with all the remediation steps set out by PDPC in their final decision. Subsequent to this incident, Fullerton Health has further enhanced our cybersecurity posture to successfully obtain the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification. This is an internationally acknowledged benchmark for best practices in Information Security Management. We continue to take our responsibility for data protection very seriously and remain vigilant in our efforts.
