In regard to this incident referred to by the CNA article “Company CEO allegedly took S$240,000 in bribes from Fullerton Healthcare Group” dated 7 December 2023, it was Fullerton Health’s governance structures that first afforded a whistle-blower the avenue to raise this incident to management.
Fullerton Health and the Board then commissioned independent investigations by two external professional parties and also took strong action to report it to the relevant authorities. At all times, we fully co-operated with the authorities and regulators.
The individuals in respect of the allegations are no longer with Fullerton Health. Fullerton Health also has no dealings with Straits Priority Consulting.
Fullerton Health has strong whistleblowing policies and does not condone such behaviours.
