In reference to the article, we would like to reiterate that it was Fullerton Health’s governance structures that first afforded a whistle-blower the avenue to raise this incident to management.
Fullerton Health and the Board then commissioned independent investigations by two external professional parties and took strong action to report it to the relevant authorities. At all times, we fully co-operated with the authorities and regulators.
The individuals in respect of the allegations are no longer with Fullerton Health. Fullerton Health has strong whistleblowing policies and does not condone such behaviours.
