to begin enrolment.

Select your user profile for
self-enrolment.

Next, you can start to enroll in
Healthier SG.

Tap and select preferred clinic.

Step 6

You will be shown up to 3 clinics based on your past visits and your residential address. To select a Fullerton Health clinic, tap on Search by Keyword and input Fullerton Health in the search field followed by Apply filters.

Step 7

Tap on Confirm enrolment to complete your enrolment with your preferred Fullerton Health clinic.

Step 8

Tap on Confirm enrolment to complete your enrolment with your preferred Fullerton Health clinic.
