Being deliberate about investment, development and management of resources have enabled the organisation to become more sustainable and purposeful; pursing profit and growth in ways that uplift people, strengthen societies, and protect the environment:
- People: Promoting equality through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for people and communities, as well as Innovation & Learning for employees.
- Society: Striving to increase connectivity to the less well to do community to reduce healthcare inequalities, thereby enabling better access to healthcare.
- Environment: Reducing our reliance on carbon and use safer, greener materials, to continue the organisation’s net-zero carbon journey.
