Patient Care Ambassador

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals, including nurses and radiographers, to provide essential support in delivering patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing services, including patient monitoring, in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Safely transport patients as needed within the facility.
- Assist with transferring patients from beds to chairs and transporting wheelchair-bound patients.
- Support radiographers in acquiring protocol instructions and organising film records.
- Assist in preparing patients for scans and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure accurate appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Take on additional assignments as required to meet the needs of the center.
- Manage and address patient needs and care within the facility.
- Educate potential patients on our services and healthcare packages.
