Assistant Operations Manager
The Assistant Manager, Operations will need to ensure efficient operations, safe equipment utilization, motivational staff leadership, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing plans to meet operational needs of each modality or program.
- Oversee patient schedules in partnership with radiology IT, marketing team and patient access.
- Ensure safe and efficient patient flow.
- Assist Assistant Vice President, Operations to manage equipment service and maintenance and upkeep of all licences.
- In conjunction with General Manager/ Managing Director, lead projects related to new equipment selection, installation planning, and implementation.
- Work in tandem with radiologists and radiographers to obtain excellence in image quality and protocol adherence.
- Lead or participate in programs aimed to improve process and workflow.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years of experience preferably in healthcare setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude with good leadership qualities
- Analytical and proactive with the ability to solve problems independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- More experienced profiles may be considered for Manager role.
