Please contact Fullerton Health +852 2869 8901/ 2869 8905, to make an appointment for your executive health screening. Please inform our staff assistant that you would be using the Mastercard Promotion. Kindly provide your name, contact details and preferred date and time after you have selected your health screening package.

All bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the Executive Health Screening.

If you are feeling unwell or unable to commit to the specified booking date and time, you are required to inform our clinic assistance at least 24 hrs in advance.

Please arrive at least 5 mins before the scheduled appointment for registration. Fullerton Health reserves the right to release your booking to another client should you be late for your appointment without any prior notice.

Please present your HKID Card at the clinic for verification.

– After receiving the enrollment form and payment, HMMP will contact the member for making an appointment.

– Once the report is ready, the medical staff will call for a follow-up with the doctor’s report and consultation.
