Singapore, 12 December 2019 – Fullerton Healthcare Corporation Limited (“Fullerton Health”), a leading vertically integrated healthcare platform in Asia Pacific, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ho Kuen Loon as the new Group Chief Executive Officer (Designate) with immediate effect and he will assume the role of Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2020.
Mr Ho is also the Chairman of the Board for Fullerton Health Australia and Indonesia, and the RadLink Group, which is wholly-owned by Fullerton Health.
Mr Ho joined Fullerton Health in 2013 and has since been instrumental in the growth journey of the company. Prior to his appointment, he was the Group Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Singapore, in 2019. He had held positions as Group Chief Control, Risk and Corporate Development Officer and Regional Managing Director, Australia & Indonesia from 2016 to 2018, and Group Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2015.
Mr Ho has 20 years of international experience and a proven track record in corporate and financial management. He was previously the Group Chief Financial Officer of Keppel Integrated Engineering from 2011 to 2013. He has also formerly worked as a Management Consultant with Innosight Ventures and McKinsey & Company.
Mr Ho holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Dr Michael Tan and Dr Daniel Chan will continue to be Co-Founders and Executive Directors of the company. Dr Michael Tan will have oversight of the Philippines market, the Specialist Division and Fullerton Health Foundation. Dr Daniel Chan will also remain as President of Fullerton Health China and will be overseeing Physician Relations globally. With their insights and experience, they will focus on coaching teams and individuals, grooming potential leaders as well as spotting market opportunities.
